What is Taizé Worship & Music?
It is a meditative candlelight service of spiritual songs, silence and prayer.Originating from the Taizé Community in France of Christian brothers and sisters committed to global peace and reconciliation. It is a form of worship designed to deepen our sense of God’s peaceful presence in prayerful silence and in communal singing of the same simple prayer again and again.It is like the rhythm of our breathing:we inhale the inspiration of the Spirit and exhale our song of faith.
